Power Engineering & Manufacturing, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Dennis Schilling, previously the Vice President of Operations, has been elected to the role of President and CEO. A self-sufficient leader, he is known for strong business development and passionate leadership that drives progress. Schilling brings expertise in operations, quality system management, manufacturing, business development, design, and manufacturing resource utilization to his current role.

Power Engineering & Manufacturing, Ltd. was established in 1975 through a partnership between Saul Herscovici and several members of the Warren family. After Saul’s passing in 2007, the Warren family purchased full ownership of the company.
Dennis Schilling joined PEM in September 2005 as a machinist. He was promoted to a project management role in 2008 and the newly created Quality Manager role in 2010. In May 2016, the Board of Directors elected him to serve as Vice President of Operations and in June 2019, he was elected to become President and CEO.
